Where will love lead us?
Read a story, consider a choice, listen to the Gospel connection, and choose a small act of love. You can revisit any moment.
These are original, fictional stories for family conversation, not accounts of actual St. Ann students. Scripture summaries are paraphrases; links open the biblical text.
Our name carries a story
Walk with St. Ann.
The Church honors Saint Anne—also called Ann—and Saint Joachim as the parents of Mary and the grandparents of Jesus. Their names are handed on through Christian tradition, rather than a biography in the Gospels. Their feast is celebrated on July 26.
At a school bearing St. Ann's name, we can reflect on the people who help faith take root: parents, grandparents, caregivers, teachers, and the parish community.
Try this together: ask a trusted adult, “Who first helped you learn to pray or care for others?” You may also reflect quietly or speak with a teacher.

Our family's little act of love.
Choose one small, practical action. A younger child can draw or speak instead of writing; an adult can help.
